BOOKING INFORMATION

BOOKINGS

All bookings and organizational details are coordinated and confirmed directly between the client (or their agency) and Sarah Schulte – International Hair & Makeup Artist.

An appointment is only considered bindingly reserved once the corresponding booking fee has been received in full. Only upon receipt of this payment will the wedding or event date be exclusively held in Sarah Schulte's calendar.

The stated package prices are considered minimum booking values for the respective services (e.g., 3 or 5 people). After payment of the booking fee, the originally booked package cannot be reduced to a smaller or cheaper package.

Should it turn out on the day of the wedding or event that fewer people use a service than originally booked, the originally agreed total amount remains due.

BRIDE TRIAL APPOINTMENTS

A bridal trial appointment is strongly recommended to ensure that the desired look perfectly matches the personality, style, and wedding concept.

Up to 3.5 hours are allocated for a hair & make-up trial appointment.
Up to 2 hours are scheduled for a single service (hair only or make-up only).

Should additional time be needed, it will be booked as an additional trial appointment.
If a second trial appointment is desired, the same costs apply as for the first appointment.

PAYMENT

Weddings

A non-refundable booking fee of €480 (incl. VAT) is required at the time of booking to reserve the wedding date.

The invoice for the remaining amount will be sent to the client 6 weeks before the wedding date.
If the wedding is less than 6 weeks away, the invoice will be issued immediately after booking confirmation.

The full remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the wedding.
If the wedding date is less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required directly at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

Editorial & Shootings

For editorial or shooting bookings, a non-refundable booking fee of €100 (incl. VAT) is charged.

The invoice for the remaining amount will be sent 2 weeks before the appointment and must be paid in full no later than 1 week before the appointment.

If the appointment is less than one week away, full payment is required directly at the time of booking.

Special Occasion & Make-up Lessons

For Special Occasion Makeup or Makeup Lessons, the booking fee is €50 (incl. VAT).

The invoice for the remaining amount will be sent 3 days before the appointment and must be paid in full by the day of the appointment at the latest.

If the appointment is less than 3 days away, full payment is required directly at the time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer.

Any fees for international transfers will be borne by the client. Please inquire with your bank beforehand if necessary.
